Open Access Policy & Publication Fee
Scientific journal «Ex Jure» is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution.
Articles published in the journal are Open-Access articles distributed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International.
According to the Budapest Open-Access Initiative, by “open access” (to peer-reviewed research literature), we mean its free availability on the public Internet, permitting any users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of these articles, crawl them for indexing or use them for any other lawful purpose, without financial, legal, or technical barriers.
By submitting materials for publication in journal “Ex jure”, the authors (teams of authors) agree to the specified “open access” conditions and grant permission to:

reproduce the article or its particular part in any material form, including on paper and electronic media, as a separate work, as part of the journal(s) and/or in the databases of the publisher and/or other persons, at the discretion of the publisher;

distribute the article or its particular part on any medium in the form of a separate work, as part of the journal(s) and/or in the databases of the publisher or other persons, at the discretion of the publisher and/or the founders of the journal;

make the article or its particular part publicly available, allowing anyone to access the article from anywhere and at any time of their choice (including via the Internet);

sublicense.
Prompt access
All articles are available on the internet to all users immediately upon publication.
Implementation of open access and interaction with authors
All articles prepared for publication are placed on the journal’s website, where the author can already download the PDF-file of the article and start distributing it, if necessary. Immediately after the publication of the next issue on the journal’s website, articles are available without limits to authors and readers. Authors can freely distribute articles, post them on their personal pages or in university repositories.
Copyright
The content of the journal is protected by copyright. Whenever materials published in the journal are used, a reference shall be made to the corresponding publication in the Scientific journal «Ex Jure».
Authors retain the right to authorship; the journal disposes of the manuscript material on the basis of a non-exclusive license.
Fee for processing and publication of the article. Royalty
The decision on the paper publication is made by the editorial board of the journal according to the results of an independent review. The journal does not charge a fee for publication, for submission of texts for consideration, for their processing. No fees are paid to the authors of publications.
